Most of our projects tend to be in the Leeds, Bradford, Ilkley or Harrogate areas, but we do offer our services across the whole of the North of England.
We have excellent working relationships with all the local authority planning departments across the region, as well as with numerous highly-competent local building contractors.
Not all extensions require planning permission, but practically all will require building control approval. The level of detail on our detailed construction drawings tends to make this a smooth and easy process.
